Auto-Return Ab Roller

Most ab rollers punish beginners. This one doesn't. The automatic resistance wheel rolls out with you and pulls back on the return, so you build core strength from day one without collapsing on the floor. Use it on carpet, hardwood, or a mat.

Two resistance settings. Works for complete beginners and builds with you as you get stronger. This is the ab tool people actually stick with.
